SAUSAGE SIZZLE
The sausage sizzle for April is on Thursday, 7th April. Sausages are $1.00 each. Thanks to the parent reps of Rooms 3 and 8 for finding helpers for this.
PTA MEETING
Our next PTA meeting is next Monday, 11th April 2010 at 7.30pm in the staffroom. Everyone is welcome.
FACT-A-THON
Before the end of term all children will be given a fact-a-thon notice. This will include the questions they need to learn, a sponsorship form and details of the fact-a-thon. The Fact-a-thon will take place early in Term 2 so children can learn the facts over the holidays and get sponsors.
All money raised will go towards three fundraising projects this year – a heat pump/airconditioner for the newly renovated library, a portable printed gazebo for school events and to start fundraising to complete the shade sails to the end of the Room 11,12, 13 block.
END OF TERM RAFFLE
Tickets will be on sale on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday mornings in the last week. Tickets are 50 cents each or 3 for $1.00. If you can help sell tickets on any of those mornings, could you please e-mail

ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS
These will be on sale from the beginning of Term 2 and will be given to children to bring home. If you already have an Entertainment Book or do not require one this year, can you please e-mail

or send a note to the school office and advise your child’s name and class number.
From each book our school receives $13.00 which will all go towards the above projects.
